It’s easy, it’s fun and you will be generously rewarded for your efforts. So let’s get it on! Follow these 4 simple and easy steps and you are on the way to eternal glory!
This year we have an exclusive promoters’ program, so not anyone can become a promoter and promoters have some kind of exclusivity in their region of influence. If there’s already a promoter in your region consider if you could reach some social circles existing promoter can’t and let us know, and if there’s no promoter in your area – consider becoming one. Send us an e-mail or a FB message in any case.
Easy step 1. Register and choose your promo code
When choosing a promo-code keep in mind that it has to be something simple so people can easily remember it.
Easy step 2. Promote the festival
Tell your friends, people in your dance school, tell the people at the parties… spread the word, the more people that know about the festival and use your promo-code when they register – the more financial means you will acquire. If you have an access to a internet portal – write announcements there, if you have a dance school – tell your students, or simply use facebook to gather as many people as you can. Be creative! Start a facebook group “let’s go on the SBSF”. If you are visiting some salsa festival, don’t forget that salsa festivals are ideal places to promote other salsa festivals.

Easy step 3. Visit your promoters homepage and manage your registrations
When you register as a promoter you acquire your personal account with your promoters homepage
To login into your promoters account, choose ‘Promoter login’ in the upper right corner, and access your promoters homepage by clicking ‘My Account’.
Visit your account regularly and manage your registrations. You have to mark when someone gives you their money in order for their registration to become valid. Also, you can see all the interesting statistics on your homepage. How many people registered using your promocode, what have you earned so far, what promoting methods work the best for you and alike.
Easy step 4. Take your money
That’s it, you’re done. And rich. You can come to the festival and get your money, or we will deposit it to your bank account (minus the transfer fee). And then you can finally go and buy that expensive thing you always wanted.
